I dont wanna see this fight TBH. Im not sure Marquez beat a washed up Morales. He was down in that fight and got outlanded statistically so beating on a washed up Morales isnt going to prove anything. Hes failed in 3 attempts to beat Pac so I dont see how he can claim to be the greates of the 4 should he win. He wants a southpaw in prep for another Pac fight so instead of calling out Judah why doesnt he foght Devon Alexander

And for the same crowd, what exactly do you think of Garcia?Shot is when you lose 5 of 6 fights in a row....and that was 5 years ago. Completely ****ing shot to pieces is when you come back from a 3 year retirement and go 4-2 with your wins coming against nobodies. Going 5-7 in your last 12 fights over the last 7 years = bloody damn shot.

I'd rather watch this fight half a decade late then see JMM fighting "tune ups" like fedorenko

i dont get why the hell anyone wants to see this fight. makes no sense to me. ppl actually want to see a faded, shot former great fighter get his ass beat in an uncompetitive fight wth one of the best fighters in the world. makes no damn sense.

What are the odds this could be 24/7 worthy if it happens? Marquez can really ride into the sunset with this fight, win or lose. Both of them can. If Morales loses, he can say it wasn't his night again, he fought the who seems to be the last person left on his list, maybe get a Maidana (or even Marquez) rematch and/or retire no questions asked. Marquez if he lost would or could get another match to try and set up a Pacquiao fight (which is dumb, I don't get why he cant seem to just let it go) and/or retire. In the case of Mayweather/Pacquiao, they're fighting for all the cookies, so if either of them loses. It's Everything they've worked for that can be disparaged. I don't think thats the case between Morales/Marquez. I'd pay to see that!

Good article. I can't resist wanting to see this fight, no matter how washed up one or both of them are. If they present it to JMM as look "you beat Morales and then go on to beat Pac, you can ride off as arguably the best of all 4 of them and only behind Floyd" it's gotta be tempting...more than simply wanting to fight a southpaw in Gesta

Dude...no. Morales was shot when pac beat him already. That 140 title is a paper joke. His best fight in years was getting his head bashed in by Maidana.
