There was a lot of strange activity going on in Washington for the first fight.. Could Washington have covered up results? It's unlikely but I've seen it mentioned on a Youtube video.
Consensus says different, primo.

Oh I think Floyd would win too and quite comfortable, its a shame he hasn't actually done it yet though...
He beat a juiced up PEDerson quite clearly on points.
My beef was the nature of the points deductions, although Khan was warned several times they were hardly game changing offences that he was committing, when you see what the likes B-Hop/Bradley get away with. You just knew a point was coming off that last round. If the points were justified then I couldn't have complained either way IMO.
Marquez easily dispatched of an apparently roided up Pac but Floyd couldn't and still wont...

This would be devastating if true. It wouldn't surprise anyone, as there was a lot of shady stuff going on around this fight. Does anyone know who chose to have the fight in DC to begin with?
We'll likely never know but it wouldn't surprise me.
It has to be changed to a NC.
Although Khan still beat PEDerson anyway...
Most likely will never know but Khan didn't win a damn thing that night!

The Wash DC Commission didn't cover it up... it was simply not a sophisticated enough testing protocol to catch it.
Just like California didn't cover up for Shane... they just couldn't catch him.
Thus... why Floyd says that the Commission testing is enough.
