Should Khan-Peterson II still fight?

there should be no way this fight should happen unless the tests were proved to be incorrect based on the article here in NSB, Both Sample A and B for the March sample were tested positive... I voted YES but no paycheck for Peterson! lol I feel khan will beat him coz of the situation.
