Turning pro at 15 will give you that impression. Canelo looks like a typical 21 year old to me. he looked like a non-typical 15 year old though (although it can sometimes happen that way)

People don't seem to understand that in Mexico, mostly central Mexico where Canelo is from, there are a lot of white skinned Mexicans. It's because not all Spanish Europeans mixed with Native Americans. A lot did, but not all. That's why if you ever go to Mexico City, you'll see a fair amoutn of white skinned Mexicans. The reason you don't see a lot of white skinned Mexican immigrants coming into America is because most of the immigrants coming from Mexico, or a large amount, come from Northern Mexico, where most people are brown skinned Mexicans. Canelo is Mexican people.... As far as the age thing, who knows??? I doubt it, but you never know. actually is the other way around bro, northern mexico are more light skin than southern mexico, the reason you don't see light skinned mexicans crossing the border is because most light skinned mexicans aren't poor and doesn't have the need to leave the country

You can simply buy fake passports, its easy You can get fake birth certificates too. So there's no way to be 100% sure anyway. DNA tests can now tell aprox age but only within ten years.
