That's my point CompuWrong were counting a lot of Floyd punches that landed on Cotto's gloves while they barely counted the ones Cotto landed to the body
LOL CompuWrong..yeah agreed, and notice how they kept showing highlights of PBF cathing Cotto but didnt really show to much of Cotto landing body shots inside unless he was missing..biased coverage. I mean PBF won hands down, but it was closer Cotto won 4-5 rds.
I gave him 3 when I watched it live at the MGM but when I re-watched it I couldn't give him more than 2. Rounds 6 and 8.
It was funny as hell to see gown ass men crying and pissed off that Floyd won. I wished I would have recorded it. My wife even asked me why grown men where crying. I couldn't even answer... lol it was so pathetic...
I had to watch it without listening to the announcers..and that when i had Cotto winning 5 rds, otherwise I thought he won 4 rounds. But there is no way he didnt win at least 4rds. He was landing alot of right hand to the body.

Many don't share the same sentiments. I'd like to see mayweather face PAC, or even better imo martinez, but at the end of the day, things happen and matches aren't made. I just personally would rather see a rematch than a mayweather match with somebody such as Alvarez.
Flloyd will never mention Sergio at 154-160. Don't see that happening. haha.
While a Canelo/Floyd match up is interesting @ 154. I dont think Oscar is willing to risk his up and coming bread and butter. He even said so.
Bro, even though the cards were so one sided it was a competitive match. No doubt. I wouldn't be mad if Floyd after doing his time, offered a rematch to Miguel. But I still want Pac/May, of course.

Lol at mayweather inbetween rounds asking his corner if he was winning (after the 9th iirc), that speaks volumes. There were only a couple rounds that mayweather won decisively imo, with cotto winning a couple decisively aswell. The rest were hard fought, tough competitive rounds that conceivably could go either way.
With that said, I gave cotto 4 rounds, and seriously considered giving him 5, wpuldnt have been a crime. Cotto landed a lot more than the announcers were leading on.
All in all, who would be against a rematch? All cotto has to do is take away the swooping right, and left uppercut, and where would that leave mayweather. Both fighters have a better feel for eachother, would do things a tad differently, and it would be another tough, competitive hard fought match....
But we are against those kinds of fights around these parts...right?

only watched it once, live. i gave miguel 3 rounds, maybe 4, and i was rooting for him. he strated slow, did well in the middle and then faded down the stretch. i'd like to rewatch it once i find a copy.
He won maybe 2 rounds tops. I can't believe theres an impression that he was actually in the fight.
He won 4 rounds and there were several rounds in the fight that were more or less up for grabs.
Aside from the 11th and 12th Floyd didnt dominate any rounds. If Cotto lands a couple more flurries or presses the action on the rope in a couple other rounds it could have easily swung the round in his favor.
Gave him four. I wouldn't complain about five tbh.
Did you just watch the fight? Or are you trolling? Because this dead horse has been beaten through countless threads since the fight finished. Welcome to weeks ago.
