Though he wasn't born and raised, he represented proudly and if there were to be anyone given a knod that wasn't born in PR, I think Ruiz takes precedence since, like him or not, he holds a historic place. I respect every boxer no matter where they from that's what makes me a boxing fanatic first then a fanatic to every boxer from P.R. if I could I would put every boxer from the island. this is what I personally narrowed it down to... you ask what PR people I speak of.. Nice job, but IDK about John Ruiz and Lopez... had a feeling someone was going to say that Lol Ruiz was the first Latino Heavyweight champion (I respect that) Juanma WBO*Featherweight Title WBO*Super Bantamweight Title many might disagree but he's a good boxer I believe he could get to the top again but he got a lot of work to do. (personal opinion)
