Would Floyd get more recognition & be more famous if he's as quiet as Cotto?

I'm just curious with that because a lot of people say they don't like his attitude. So do you think he'd get more praise of him more nice but quiet all while fighting the same? So to a lot of casual fans, Floyd would be boring as shyt. Would he be even a blimp on the radar? I think if Floyd was quiet and wasn't out spoken that he wouldn't be mentioned as much. And I know Manny is pretty much like that but Manny's style is more exciting looking than Floyd. When floyd was quiet he was the high risk little rewrd guy who no one would fight. From the second he started poppin **** on 24/7 before the ODH fight, he's been the biggest draw and made MILLIONS of dollars. DO the math!

And I know Manny is pretty much like that but Manny's style is more exciting looking than Floyd. no to the average folk on the street a floyd fight is like wathching paint try it's his personality that generates interest he's a polarizing figure. some people love him, and even more love to hate him you take away his persona and all of that goes away. he'd be virtually unknown if he were quiet. like ward or dawson. they dont get the other half. they get the boxing part of it. they're great boxers floyd is a brilliant marketer he really is. the guy puts butts in buckets. at least mike tyson fights were short and brutal, which is exactly what a casual fan wants. big punches, short fight, decisive ending in many instances the average joe watching a boxing match cant tell who is even winning unless somebody is getting jacked up tyson would leave guys on death's door. even a child could tell who won the fight

DeLaHoya was pretty low key and didn't act like an A-hole or disrespect anyone and he drew a pretty large audience. De la hoya had an audience, a boxing community who loves boxing and who would back their own, Same as many other countries etc Peurto rico, America is different, they have too many stars in different sport and if you dont make enough noise nobody would hear you.

If Floyd was as quiet as Cotto, people would just say Floyd is scared. He never gets his just due.

Floyd is loud and obnoxious. If he could trash talk like Ali then he'd be recognized for his wit and cleverness. For now all he has is a gorilladog. If Floyd was witty AND let his fists do the talking he'd be a lot more popular and beloved. No...when u get to the top, people try to bring u down...People actually hate Andre ward...I mean the guy is a great fighter and a class act, and not ****y at all...they even accused him of ducking anthony dirrell...when I heard that trash, I KNEW that it was hate and I KNEW that no matter what, people would hate on him...and I get surprised by people hating chad dawson...he was always cool guy, down the earth, and great fighter..but people just hate u for nothing and these days fans have no respect for fighters no matter how good they are, or how humble they are

Nah, I don't think so. Alot of his appeal comes from him running his mouth. Being quiet worked out for Cotto because his style is exciting for the casuals, while Mayweather's isn't.

Hell no. He needs his dirty mouth to bring in the haters. He's just not exciting enough for the general public to bring in the numbers without his mouth. It's a huge catch-22 for him. He needs to be an azzhole for people to want to see him a lot more. But people dislike him for it but that's what he thinks he has to do. It's a lose-lose situation.

Mosley was quiet and exciting, How did that work out for him? It worked great but you didn't read what I said I suppose. To most people that doesn't know what they're looking at would say Floyd is BORING to see fight.
