Mayweather Jr is facing a Pacman Leftover and Cotto isn't rank among the top 10 PFP;
Pacman is facing an UNDEFEATED World Champ and is rank among the top ten PFP.
Cotto was a cherry pick for Pac. Not sure how's that a good fight for Floyd.
I'm not talking about how good or not good of a fight that is. I'm saying if Mayweather was fighting Bradley he'd receive so much hate due to his easy competition.
Manny has a tougher out.....Cotto admits that Marg took something from him...he's a REAL dude so I wan't suprised when he confessed that...Bradley has yet to visit that place of doubt that Cotto just got back from....Manny will have a tougher time trying to convince Bradley that he's not on his level than Floyd will have with Cotto imo
mayweather is fighting someone bigger; pacquiao is fighting someone smaller.
Funny you mentioned that, Pacquiao actually had more problems with shorter fighters. Agapito Sanchez, Torrecampo.
I think this version of cotto is still better than bradley, honestly.
Pacman/Bradley IMO is the more "competitive" fight because of the style clash. I don't think bradley is the better opponent, but pacman will have the tougher fight.
Tough to say, I voted for Cotto.
Bradley has an undefeated fighter who hasnt taken the beatings Cotto has, and for that reason I would have voted for him, but I still see a mismatch. If Bradley doesnt have the power to hurt Pacquiao, how can he neat an ofensive guy, who has both speed and power?
Floyd on the other hand is facing a guy that has taken various beatings(even in wins), yet with a new style, with a heavier punch a Floyds fading, he could have a hard time with Cotto, even with great defense. If Floyd cant hurt Cotto, I think he loses.
really? ....thats a shocker
Marquez doesn't deserve to be in the same ring with Mayweather. Marquez are Pacs toughest fights ever. That just goes to show how pathetic Pacquiaos resume is.
Ok, I'll chime in on this one.
I think, at this point, Pacquiao has the greater challenge due to styles.
Comparing like opponents is difficult with Pacquiao and Mayweather since they fought like opponents very differently.
With Marquez, Pacquiao always played ball as he was the offensive fighter that plays into Marquez' plan. Against Mayweather, Marquez was forced out of his comfort zone and played the role of aggressor, where he was counter-punched repeatedly. It was easy work for Mayweather as Marquez fell into May's gameplan.
With Hatton, it was too soon for Pacquiao, it didn't last long at all and he played into Pacquiao's aggressive attack. The end result was evident. Against Mayweather, he was counterpunched all night. There was some agression by Mayweather, but not enough to call Money the aggressor.
Then there's Mosley...against Pacquiao he was forced into his shell and retreated most of the night after tasting the power. Against Mayweather, he was counterpunched..but I will give Mayweather the nod in this matchup as he was the aggressor for most of the fight.
Next up is Cotto...personally, I think Mayweather will counterpunch him all night and make Cotto the agressor. If, and it's a big if, Mayweather turns on the heat it will be late in the fight when he is well ahead and has Cotto broken down. Although I would love to see him duke it out with the guy the way Pacquiao did. Pacquiao's speed and power were key against Cotto, and it would be great for Mayweather to do the same. We shall see.
But, the point is that more times than not, due to style differences, the means to the end against like opponents is like apples and oranges.
So if Pacquiao was fighting Cotto at 154, and Mayweather was fighting Bradley at 150.....I'm thinking Pacquiao would get alot of hate for fighting Cotto again and Bradley vs Mayweather would be the fight of the century? Anybody see where I'm going on this? Just seems that every thread I read is either bashing Mayweather or Pacquiao.

floyd would easily beat Bradley too
What's your point? You agreeing that Cotto is not the bigger challenge?
Anhow, that's not the question .... very few outside of die hard Cotto fans are giving Cotto any realistic chance of beating Floyd. On the other hand, even fans that don't go for Bradley think that he has a decent chance against Manny.
So this is simple .... While anything can happen in boxing, the odds are that Manny will have the bigger challenge come June than Floyd come May.
Pacquiao is and its not even close.
Cotto doesn't even deserve to be in the same ring as Pac because it will be a complete mismatch like before yet Cotto is easily floyds toughest fight ever. That just goes to show you how pathetic his resume is
Your an idiot , Bradley could not win a single round of Floyd , it would not be competitive at all and nobody would give Bradley the slightest chance of beating Floyd .
Now how would Pac go against Cotto at 154 lol , Pac ran out the door looking for a little fella that Arum signed to fix the fight again lol .
You Pac retards are just hilarious in your loaded polls and dumb ass questions , you want a poll at a least include all the relative facts , like Manny ducking this Cotto to fight Bradley lol when Cotto was his first choice , but whoa not when Cotto is not drained !

My vote didn't show up but I voted Bradley as the tougher opponent. He is undefeated with some very good wins while Cotto has two beatdown losses to go with with his very good wins. Bradley is rated by most as one of the top 6 fighters in the world PFP. while Cotto would be around top 15, not quite as good. If you are comparing lean body weight and not fat I think Cotto is only a few pounds bigger than Bradley. Just my opinion.

Pac, The thing is i prefer Bradley's inexperience at the elite level to Cotto's experience in big fights, the combination of Cotto fighting the best fighter of my generation along the fact that he is done at elite level and the fact that Bradley is fresh, undefeated and a fighter who can think a bit makes me pick Pac as the one fighting the toughest opponent.
