It's in spanish, but when he speaks about the fight this is what he had to say:
How will Cotto be able to handle Mayweather's speed?
Felix Tito Trinidad: It will be a good fight, very hard for Cotto. It will be difficult because of Mayweather's speed (specially his upper body movement). What Cotto should have already started doing is working very hard on his speed, and if he's able to improve it, perfect, he still needs to figure out how to handle it (Floyd's speed) in the ring. If he can't he'll have to go head to head, round by round, and soften him up little by little.
*I tried to provide the link, but I don't have 15 posts yet. The soource is a newspaper in Puerto Rico.

El Vocero?
Cotto better not try to match Floyd's speed. He needs to rely heavily on the jab, body punching & movement. By body work I mean hips, elbows & literally anything he can get a glove on.
I don't think he meant that Cotto needed to match Floyd's speed, but he was implying Cotto probably wasn't fast enough to handle Floyd. I think Trinidad would agree with your body work :boxing:
