As the title asks, what do they rehydrate to?
I'm just curious what their fight night weight is, cause technically once they are in the ring they are full on heavies.
Haye and Adamek moved up and came in on fn at around that weight those are the most recent I can think off
Yep, but look at Adamek or Haye at cruiser and then first fights as heavyweight, Adamek definitely gained some weight as he moved up, he was maybe reaching 210 at the end of his cruiser days and that's the weight I also saw other cruiserweight mentioning(Kolodziej).
Huck came in 210 against Povetkin and now his trainer said that he has to loose some weight for his cruiser fight.
Haye was really big junior heavy but I don't believe even he could go as high as 220.
So, the answer - it's something between 205 to 215 in extreme cases.
Haye and Adamek moved up and came in on fn at around that weight those are the most recent I can think off
that doesn't mean a whole lot though.
i agree with the guy above who says that he can't really think of any cruisers that dehydrate a vast amount
215-220 a few CW who moved up fight and come in around that weight so it sounds reasonable to think that
I cant really think of any CW that dehydrate themselves that much
