This was easily the worst episode in 24/7 history. Only good parts were Cotto's trainer and Cotto climbing that rope with just his arms.
Floyd was once against talking out of his ass. Like when he said Cotto only has 3 choices, fall face first, fall on his back or wave the white flag. Everybody knows that floyd doesn't have a chance in hell of KOing or TKOing Cotto.
Also I found it funny how they talked about the Marg beatdown but they conveniently left out the Pac beatdown which was even worse and how floyd refused to give Pac even 1% of the PPV revenue even tho Pac has outsold him for like the last 5 years including last year where Pac outsold him by more than 2 to 1

It was a black shirt with Roger's face on it, saying "You don't know s**t about boxing". It was funny as hell, it had me rolling.
LOL! I just saw it! I think he was wearing it later on in the episode as well! I laughed hard when I saw that. Subtle hilarity right there!
What? No! What was it?

Everybody too busy talking about
Top Ranks screwjob of the week(not even in Texas this time).
But yea 24/7 with FMJ is always amazing...and the best show on tv. That quote from Cotto's trainer was bad ass though...cant lie.
Cotto's trainer in general is a bad ass. I like dude a lot, he has an aura of this boss cuban lol. He is very deliberate in what he says and you can tell he doesn't fuk around
Nobody talks about it because nobody is going to watch it, everybody is going to boycott the fight, nobody wants to see feather fisted fighter who claims greatness avoid his 2 biggest challenges and instead fight Pac's leftovers, then come fight night he runs all night long and on top of that uses the elbow roll and cheap shots his opponents when they are not looking, HE NEEDS TO FIGHT PAC or MARTINEZ IF HE CARES ABOUT HIS LEGACY.
That doesn't make sense.
:boxing: That was the deepest quote the whole episode!
There was other notable stuff like Senior talking about coming back. It wasn't antics, it wasn't dramatic, it wasn't meant to be heartfelt. It was just real and raw.
The most shocking/craziest thing that I think flew over heads was when Mayweather was saying "I was bred for this, I like the way the gloves smell"
WHAT! It's subtle...but it speaks volumes.
The episode as a whole was really cool, it was a good way of catching up from their recent achievements. It's a different feel than the other 24/7s, I don't think Mayweather hasn't shown any (in upcoming fights) boxer this much respect.
Did you notice the shirt Floyd was wearing when they first showed him working out in the ring???
invincible men only exist in the movies

LOL @ people boycotting the fight.
I thought it was boring...
Should definitely build up the closer we get though.
No one can hate Cotto though, he truly is a genuine character.
But Money got this one, all day.

I agree with the posters who thought the show last night was solid and I also agree with the posters who think the one big thread is dumb. It kills many a conversation and topic around here by placing everything into a one big thread. No disrespect, just trying to help and be honest.
It wasn't like an action packed or controversial episode but I liked it.
Anyone else love the soundtracks to 24/7? I always feel like they pick the perfect music/songs.
Oh people were talking about it but you know these Mods have the greatest ideas, like merging things into slow moving threads. :nonono:
I skip right past that big ass thread every time.
