Y'all need to keep it real : Alexander, Williams, Cloud, Kirkland, Rios. That's 5 american fighters on the receiving end of horrible decisions against foreign fighters in only 10 months. That puts Germany and any other country to shame. Geale won the title by decision against Sylvester in germany last year, when's the last time a foreign fighter won a decision against a marquee american fighter on US soil? Clottey/Judah?
Too right...it is tough for any foreign fighter to get a decision in the USA....Holyfield-Lewis is one that comes to mind in addition to the ones already listed
1 example?
Haye beat Valuev in Germany and Valuev was house fighter
I would say Gaye was the house fighter, he signed a contract with Sauerland and was being positioned to fight a Klitschko. Not that he didn't deserve the decision...
Eddie Chambers won a decision over Dimitrenko in Germany. I think Steve Cunningham also won a couple of decisions in Germany. So there are examples.
Calzaghe-Hopkins was a close fight that went to Calzaghe. It was in the U.S. and the foreign guy won.
An American/Foreign fighter would never get the decision in Germany against a German boxer. Sorry.
The US fighters never fight outside US so we will never know
My bad I thought Molina was mexican american but he's actually a mexican citizen. Added the fight.
Did you watch Geale/Sylvester?
Povetkin got the dec against Huck
Garay got decision over Braehmer.

At this moment it's America who's taking the lead though most have been due to the higher profile nature of the fights still happens everywhere just not on the scale and level
