Allowed to Judge, but too senile to drive a car? This is why Boxing is dying.

I think its a complete joke, Boxing is full of the "good old boys". Aka Senile 70+ year old men who cant even drive a car because the government think's theyre senile but yet they're allowed to judge fights where you need split second reaction time? Give me a break. We need age limits for judges and yearly reaction time tests and general performance tests. You have judges who have been judging wrong and judging robbery's for 30+ years and they still getting work and still robbing fighters. Medved's System to improve Boxing: Make it illegal for any judge over 65 to judge Yearly Reaction timing tests Yearly Perfomance tests/reviews Give them the TV feeds but without audio or graphics Investigate all the ones that work 90% of a specific promoters/advisors cards. Make robberies reversable Start sending judges to jail.......... We need a new whole class of judges, get 30-40 year olds who have done 1000 sample fights and find who has the best cards and let them judge, if they screw a few up you get new ones. Boxing is going to die way before these old farts that are Judging and Reffing. Some of your ideas are doable. I like the idea of having tests, but I think I've read abput "refresher" courses so they're already in place and the judges just neet to be pointed in their direction. Another interesting comment is about judges who are too senile to drive. Sounds hard to believe but you obviously know about certain judges, and I think we'd all like a list of those judges from you. They need to be watched. The only point I think is not within reach is the 1000 sample bouts. The top judges are usually in the big fighta and there are only 52 Saturdays in a year. Even doing 4 fights a night, which I've never seem in a big production this would take 5 years.
