Lee uses his style in the completely wrong manner How does a big, tall fighter who fights tall like Vlad get hit flush so much? Lee limited Vera to only 27% on total punches. Maybe he just hates fellow southpaws. :boxing:

Yea it does, that fight was a year ago and his last half decent opponent McEwan is a raw ass fighter who hit Lee on command. If he didnt completely gas, he would have had a wide UD win. JCC jr is a much bigger, stronger and better volume puncher then McEwan I met and talked to Lee right after that win and he his face was fuccked up and he couldnt even talk str8, just kept slurring his speech JCC is taking this I watched that fight a few times and those combos where crisp. Lee was getting caught because kept trying to time McEwan with one big right hook. He fought the wrong fight early and seemed to be caught off guard because McEwan usually boxes. They are both friends and know each other well. Craig was smart with his strategy and Lee was dumb as too go for one big punch. But the class showed up at the end. Lee knows what to expect from Chavez. A orthodox pressure guy. You're comparing apples and oranges. Don't worry I'll make sure to bring it up afterwards. :luvbed:

As much as I like Lee, I think Chavez will just walk him down all night. I just can't trust Lee in this type of fight, I feel like he'll crumble under the pressure. I might be under rating Lee and his power, and if it is indeed as good as advertised, then this will be a good one. WAR LEE, even though I don't REALLY think he'll win. Please prove my gut instinct wrong. :| THEN AGAIN..things have a funny way of not turning out in boxing. Hyped matches are often derailed..Lee can play spoiler.

Also he's made some noticeable technical improvements over the last 5 or so fights. Why will Lee beat Jr.? Lee will not a have a big size disadvantage like every single prior Chavez opponent. He comes in around 175. Jr will probably be 180. Lee will box and not allow Jr. to tee off on the inside. He will clinch if that happens. Andy is probably the biggest puncher Chavez has fought so far. Lee is tall and lanky 6'2 with a great reach. And probably the most important. Andy Lee is by far and away the best Southpaw Chavez has ever seen in his 45 fight career. And I think only the third. Sorry Sergio, Lee beats Chavez.
