Anyone else notice this Pac/ May pattern?

Mayweather : "Manny, take random drug tests, olympic style, no cut off" Pacquaio: No we cant do that. Mayweather" Okay, I will fight Mosley. Pacquaio: Okay we will take drug test ( when the fight with Mosley already signed) Same situation with Ortiz. Mayweather: Manny, you cant get 50/50, but you will get the biggest payday of your career. Pacquaio: 50/ 50 or no fight. Mayweather signs to fight Cotto. Pacquaio: I will do 70/30 !!!! Anyone else notice these patterns with team pacquaio?. Seems like once Mayweather already has a set opponent , team Pacquaio starts talking all this ish and stating they will meet mayweather demands but they dont meet them when the actual fight can be made!
