Is this guy Mayweather fast?

he has very fast hands. mayweather is a different kind of fast tho. Mayewather isn't all that fast. He's got lightening fast reflexes and a hell of a fats single punch. His combos though, or shoe shine (which he doesn't do) have more to be desired. I think his speed is a mix of timing, reflexes, and fast hands.. not so much just fast hands like... Linares for example. That kids lightening.
