Which is supposed to have thicker padding bag gloves or sparring gloves? I was looking at the Winnings bag gloves and the padding looks thin as hell. I was searching for the gloves I had and the padding is thick. I think they are the Title Classic Superbag gloves. Are the Title Superbag gloves ok for mits, bags, and sparring? Or can someone just explain the differences in the two so I know what types to use and what to look for?
PS: If this is suppose to be in the Training and Nutrition section can a mod move it? MY B.
Dont go by off what other say, try on as many as you can and feel whats best for you. bag gloves are tended to be thicker for punching that **** hard as you can and dont mess up ur knuckles..
So if I just get some gloves that have thick padding, they would be good for sparring and bag work correct?

Before anyone trolls...
go to your sport store and have a look at all the16oz boxing gloves (doesn't matter what brand) and compare it to a bag gloves.
Some makes wil have less or different padding, but 16s should always be more padded than bag gloves.
Only store around here with boxing equipment is Dicks Sporting Goods lol.
