Anyone else find Juanma's comments ridiculous?

On the stoppage being unfair and the ref being corrupt? Definately. While I respect Juanma as a fighter, he took a page out of David Haye's book. Not quite as bad as Haye, but to be even in that neighborhood is shameful.

I am from Puerto Rico I am starting to ask myself if he is truly Puertorican lol..... I am ashamed of what he did I was rooting for Salido. I know Juanma is not humble at all he does not know how to accept defeat.

He shouldn't have got up so soon, that was what killed it for him. If you get up and start stumbling around no good referee can let the fight go on. Nothing wrong with that stoppage at all. So yes, his comments were ridiculous. Yes, this right here^. Juanma shouldn't try to jump up right away. He should stay down till the 8 count then get up. I have no clue why boxers try and get up right away. You should ALWAYS get up at the 8 count.

The one that surprised me is when he said he was winning. When he said that, i thought that he was thinking that he was doing good in the mold of how Cotto did on the Margarito rematch. I believed that was his game plan, to do what Cotto did.

I find Juanma's comments ridiculous. How could he blame the ref? Betting on someone who stands straight up with their chin in the air to get KTFO is a good bet! Just kidding. Juanma gave it his all in the ring and deserves props for that, but some people just don't know how to take a loss. It would have been cool to see him give props to Salido for coming to his backyard twice and beating him, but whatever. It was still a great fight.

But the the judges. :bs2: I watched the fight with a bunch of Ricans, and even they couldn't believe the stuff coming out of JuanMa's mouth, then when we saw the official scorecards, we were cracking da phkkk up.

I think that he was still stunned from the KO. Those accusations were overly ridiculuos! Shame. :dunno: HAHA, probably so. Someone should make a GIF of Lopez getting up from the KO and wobbling over to the center of the ring with that wtf just happened look on his face.

His comments were completely unprofessional, classless & showed horrible sportsmanship. If anything the fight was completely set up for him to win. Took place in PR idk why if Salido is the champion, the judges were obviously on his side, the ref let him get away with pretty much anything & then he makes the most outrageous excuses.

The only thing corrupt was the judges. One had it a draw and two had it 86-84 Juanma. All he had tp do was go the distance and he would have won via robbery.

God damn the ref has a gambling problems, we can not overlook that, it was obvious in the fight. :bs2:

I could care less who won the fight personally but I had Salido winning every round but 2. JuanMa is a joke and a fabricated star...he should have focused more on changing his style as opposed to playing it up to the crowd and smiling at the cameras every 2 seconds. ***The other thing was that JuanMa was habitually grabbing the back of Salido's head and uppercutting him which was illegal and the ref never said a word...if anything, the ref was on JuanMa's side.

he was a boxer who was pushed to the moon before accomplishing much. he believed the hype and like a lot of spoiled kids, when things didnt go his way, he wants to whine about it. I think so!!:bottle:

Yes very much..I'm a big juanma fan..I was dissapointed with the loss but afterwards was ridiculous..any other ref would have stopped it when he stumbled the first time..at least the ref let him try to recover more..I'm very dissapointed in the loss but the comments after we're ridiculous .

How about we find the minority and make it easier? Is there anybody who didn't find Juan Ma's comments outrageous? Honestly, I think Salido knocked him around too much that his brain was still recovering Man, Juanma has no excuse for bashing that refs name, he gets his butt kicked and then comes up with conspiracy theories. His denial led him to story telling. That's straight bull, you don't pull that ***** no matter how hurt your pride is.

ofcourse he was wrong but you have to look at the situation. this was a very hard loss for him in every way so i understand how it is hard to accept at first. give it a while to settle in and he will take it more gracefully.

He was spewing garbage, and anyone who agrees with him is cuckoo for cocoa puffs. It was a great job from Roberto Ramirez to stop that fight, and I hate that ref. As much as it was said that his poor defense was his undoing, Juanma's speed and accuracy where the biggest factors in not beating Salido, to me. If he had the last two mentioned, he wouldnt have the need of defense to beat Orlando. Anyway it was a great fight, for sure an all time great in this rivalry.

Juanma got his brain scrambled. Not only that, but his heart got snatched. Everything he said was his pride talking, cuz that's all he has left at this point. The next time he gets KO'ed is when I think he'll have nothing left. No brain, no heart, no pride. That's when he'll retire.
