According to an article posted here, Garcia/Concepcion is an eliminator for the winner of Salido/Lopez. So unless either guy loses, I expect TR to be true to their word. Oh, didn't know that. Should be one hell of a fight.

Think Concepcion is struggling with the weight That definitely looks like a possibility. But the bigger problem for him is that he hasn't looked confident his last few outings and might've even regressed skill-wise. Hope he does better than expected for the fight tho.
