I didn't see this posted anywhere and I just saw a commercial for it. It could be an interesting interview although the snippet I saw of Floyd was same old stuff about what he gets paid~
if anybody can get someting buck wild out of floyd money millionaires it's costas. maybe larry merchant, simply because the hatred is mutual.
that diminutive little puke does give a good interview. i hate to admit it.
he's as professional as anybody in media.
i'd personally like few things more than giving him a wet willy and a swirlie, but the guy knows how to talk to important athletes and get poignant stuff out of guys who are generally total blockheads
I happened to see a commercial for it on CNBC, I figured for sure someone would have mentioned it here considering everything about Floyd gets brought up so you would figure an interview with Costas would be fairly hot news.
I don't even like making threads but I must have been the only one to see anything about it
I definitely wouldnt have known if it wasn't for this thread. I doubt there will be much boxing talk though. Probably mostly Lin and jail.
NBC is doing a pretty ****ty job of promoting this network. I wasn't even aware Costas had a show.

I hope they talk about the jail sentence and the details.
I hope they talk about Pacquiao stating that he was willing to take less money just to make the fight happen.
Remember this...
The article goes on to explain that Pacquiao recently gave an interview to Nick Giongco of the Manila Bulletin where he stated, "I will take less money than Mayweather gets because the important thing is making the fight happen."
I read that the premier of Costas tonight, featuring the Superbowl players, got some ridiculous low ratings. I think it was less then 100k. This is neither here or there but I was always under the impression that Costas was the biggest sports journalist in the US.
He is pretty big, but it is a new show on a rebranded network that was not a big network to begin with.
Plus I have never seen it promoted until I just saw this I didn't even know he had a show again.
Besides ratings are relative, those low ratings might be decent for the network
