floyd's been in the game longer he deserves a tad bit more why pay a new employee as much as the veteran employee who had too work much longer and harder to get where he's at? That's quite possibly the stupidest excuse I've heard ever. Also, in professional speak, no he hasn't. Floyd debuted in 1996 and Manny Debuted in 1995... so your argument is already moot. It's not about who's in been in longer... if that was true, JCC Jr wouldn't be making more than Rubio and Canelo wouldn't be making more than Mosley. 50-50 is reasonable. Both parties are full of shiit about getting this fight made.

Each side should be fighting for what they want out of the fight, that is negotiating. Either they can or can not get it done. It has turned into a game of chicken and it might be to the point both sides will hit head on and die before pulling off because neither side wants to compromise to make a deal. You don't go into a negotiations demanding the minimum you will accept, you go in asking for the best posisble deal and then work it out compromising where you have to to get the best deal done that works for both sides.

50/50 sounds fair. I just want to see this fight. if it ever happens, i smell a trilogy.

No around that..neither deserves more than the other.........hell 45/45 winner gets the other 10 percent(if that was really offered)would be have been ideal.this fight will never happen to many ego's involved but i canot honestly see how 50/50 is no acceptable Bob will allow Pac to fight Mayweather and cash out in his very last fight. Pac doesn't care about the money which is why he said he would take the lesser share before. When Bob is ready the fight will be made. In the meantime Bob has an agenda and Mayweather is not on it (when it comes to a ring, only that of a court room).

I'm glad Floyd put that out there. Agree, disagree, whatever, at least we know we don't have a fight with Manny to worry about. Finishing out with Alvarez, and maybe Martinez, would still be a great cap on his career.

when it came down to the last staw...all other negotiations dont matter. It is what it is. Even if he does go 50/50...Floyd will say 154lbs is where it will happen. You know Pac has been a pro longer than Floyd right? let's be real here... pro boxing in the philippines ≠ pro boxing in the USA there's so much more competition here, whereas Manny's first 17 or so opponents were filipino fighters in the phillipines people come to the US to fight
