The guy is so adaptable its unreal. by far the best boxer on the planet pound for pound.
After round 4 it was obvious vitali could only use his right hand. Hnece why he was so tired at the end, as usually he gets to pick his right hands, whislt setting it with the jab.
But this time he had to really time them well. Add the fact he was fighting a good prime fighter in derek chisora, with a great chin and constant pressure, and its even more impressive.
Vitali is simply the best pound for pound boxer on the planet.
he did well but I'd love to see him fight somebody properly dangerous before he retires - Seth Mitchell comes to mind though he is a bit inexperienced at the mo
he looked pretty old to me
what was he doing on the ropes? he wasnt the ring general he was on younger legs
and blowing a shoulder? that's hardly a defense if anybody brings it up. that's a sign that he's getting older and his body is breaking down (yes it happened before many years ago, but as you get older these things are more likely to happen)
i think this is likely vitali's last year in boxing.
perhaps he'll fight once or twice in 2013, but i dont see the names out there. he fought chisora and arreola, and there's no reason to see rematches of those fights. povetkin will not fight a klitschko.
his only fight is with david haye, and he's either retired or under suspension.
Vitali was very impressive despite getting injured and being 40 Chisora's mouth was busted up and he was spitting out blood, also Vitali won ten to eleven rounds he's a beast
