Chisora's punishment

Dereck Chisora may not be the most law abiding person in the world, nor is he the greatest representative that the British have ever had. However, all this talk of him receiving two years' imprisonment is absurd. Having lived and worked in the UK and Germany for five years and three years respectively, I know for a fact that many rapists and pedophiles receive lesser sentences than that in the UK and Germany these days, particularly in the UK. Also, there is talk of the British Boxing Board of Control stripping Chisora of his license for two years or more, partly because he spat in Wladimir's face and partly because of the brawl, but was Mike Tyson ever stripped of his license for that long? I think Chisora is possibly being victimized because Haye is the Golden Boy of British boxing.
