For any of them to get a jail term doesn't one have them have to press charges!? In most countries it's the state that charges you the victim has no say in the matter, if you break the law you will charged. It's the police who have to withdraw the charges.

are u serious lol dead serious!!!!....and if you are sentenced to anything ove r2 years you can go home for a short time...its called vacation...you get so many days a year....murderers don't get vacation though....plus there's olympic size swimming pools in some of them....I'm serious!!

btw...German prison is a joke....curtains on the window...your own private bathroom with a closing door with a shower sink and toilet....you can have someone bring you a nice TV...not too big though...you can have your X-BOX or Playstations in there....its a fuking joke!!!Talking from real time experience?

without Chisora or Haye accusing the other the Germans have no case....they KNOW this...but I guess they wanna feel big by making this into something bigger than what it is....Germans are control freaks!!! Chisora is a nutter, Haye sparked him, his trainer and that's about it. Frank Warren and Adam Booth need to get negotiations underway for the fight.
