Everybody said it was a robbery and when I finally watched and scored the fight, I was VERY SURPRISED.
First of all, I AM NOT BLACK. So my scorecard can't be biased. I am not even American. The Showtime commentary in the first 6 rounds was very pro Campillo biased- when I actually scored the fight, I had Campillo only winning the 3rd round of the first 6, I scored the 4th a draw and I marked the 5th round as a close round which I gave to Cloud. (my scorecard is posted below)
Campillo only really clearly dominated rounds 7 to 10, then in the 11th he did only showboating, but no real fighting. Look at the last 2 rounds closely and you will see that Campillo did NOT ENOUGH to win those 2 rounds. He only did showboating, threw maybe 2 combinations and Cloud dominated the rest of those 2 rounds, so I gave Cloud the 11th and the 12th.
You can't score the cuts in Cloud's face, you have to score the rounds. And trust yourself, don't listen too much to the commentary.
Here is my scorecard:
Round 1: 7 - 10 Cloud
Round 2: 9 - 10 Cloud
Round 3: 10 - 9 Campillo
Round 4: 10 - 10 DRAW
Round 5: 9 - 10 Cloud
Round 6: 9 - 10 Cloud
Round 7: 10 - 9 Campillo
Round 8: 10 - 9 Campillo
Round 9: 10 - 9 Campillo
Round 10: 10 - 9 Campillo
Round 11: 9 - 10 Cloud
Round 12: 9 - 10 Cloud

Final Scorecard: 112 - 115 Cloud
Here is the fight in 4 parts:
Even when I was loooking at the fight again trying to give rounds to Cloud I still ended up with 114-112 for Campillo.
No way Cloud won the fight or was even a draw. Campillo should had kept doing his fight into the 11 and 12 rounds
Campillo dominated cloud. No way cloud won more than 4 rounds.
Campillo got hit with good shots too. and actually a lot of Campillos' combinations were blocked by Cloud. I scored it a draw.
First of all, I AM NOT BLACK. So my scorecard can't be biased.

I can't agree with that scorecard. Campillo won by a clear margin in my book
I was out when the fight went down.... I need to watch this when I have free time. From what i've heard and seen though, Cloud was clowned after the first 2 rounds
Again, this should be cause for banishment.
The people who say Cloud won this fight are either trolling or completely and utterly incompetent. Either reason warrants a ban, NSB would run much smoother.
but one thing I gotta add: I think Campillo thought that they wont give him a decision anyway so he did showboating the last 2 rounds instead of boxing. If he would have boxed the last 2 rounds the way he boxed the 4 rounds before, I would have given them those rounds and then Campillo would have won by one point on my scorecard.
Yet he still whooped Cloud's ass in both those rounds. Why are people jumping on this notion that Campillo took rounds off at the end? He beat Cloud's ass just as badly, and showboated along the way.
and that means something?
everyone knows judges mess up, no matter if its incompetence or something shady going on we all know they make god awful decisions sometimes. to believe they are right just bcuz they are the official judges is retarded.
you are basicly saying we shouldnt question any robbery ever, the professional judges scored it that way so who cares what anyone else thinks.
u kidding me??? u think I give a FUUK about the judges scorecard??? I scored the fight myself , round per round. and the bottom line is the REAL PROBLEM IS that all u guys suuk the commentator's dicks. You believe every word they say. Donaire vs Vazquez was a close fight and Lederman's scorecard was a total disgrace.
Campillo was getting hit with quite some clean shots and a lot of his combination punches were only hitting the gloves of Cloud. I saw the fight the way I saw it. I scored it the way I scored it . Period.
whether you or other pple agree with me, doesnt matter to me.
I agree though that in the whole picture, at the end of the fight it looked like Campillo won cause Cloud was beaten up. But if I only score the rounds, which I did, I have Cloud ahead.
Oh ok.
