Some forget that Manny was suppose to be on a decline after the 2nd JMM fight. People were saying back then. Maybe he is not on a decline and is just JMM makes him look average.

Pacquiao has never been a good boxer to begin with, period. Theres a fundamental difference between 'boxing' and 'fighting' and Pacquiao is an excellent fighter, but not so good of a boxer and this will never change. Roach did expand his punching arsenal but thats about it. Pacquiao is not on the decline he's in his physical prime.

Some fighters, and some styles will always give a fighter fits. JMM is that fighter for Pac. I'm not going to get on the wagon of Pac is on a heavy decline just because once again he went life and death with JMM.
