I have to admit that thoughts of the Clottey fight ran through my mind this past weekend, when JCC Jr fought Rubio. Rubio did not look at all like the same guy that took out Lemieux. It was almost as if he was holding back. But then again Chavez Jr. is a big middleweight. Rubio IMO has been paid to lose to Ouma, Pavlik, Chavez Jr. The guy that beat Lemieux doesnt show up when he gets to the big stage. He lets you draw the conclusion that winning the fight may not be in your best interests.This is how the professionals do things while never breaking a Law. you are probably right....but any fighter with pride and honor would never agree to that. so lets say this is what happened to clottey. clottey is a chump for doing it. which i would honestly not rule out. i could see a lot of guys out there that would do that.
