As far as tacticians in boxing go, Juan Manuel Marquez or Manny Pacquiao? Who reigns supreme in that department and why? "tactician" is not really a word you associate with manny pacquiao...:) like "slugger" to describe ivan calderon... what are u trying to prove with this thread TS? I wasn't trying to prove anything really. I enjoy making boxing related polls on NSB to see what people think. I wanted to see what people thought about it, considering Pacquiao did win the fight. I still believe Marquez gave him a boxing lesson though.

I can easily agree, it's Marquez by a long shot. He did put it down on Pacquiao in their last bout and unfortunately had to leave with another L resulting from the robbery.

Marquez and its not even close. I can't remember the last time i've seen Pacman/Freddie Roach adjust the gameplan mid-fight. His high volume of punches usually puts the onus on the opponent.

I'm going to go with Marquez. Because it's the right answer.
