Arum says after Lee and Margarito, that Martinez would be the focus

I can't even say I'm surprised. Just hope the WBC strips Jr if he doesn't fight Sergio next. And this is the worst part of all. We actually EXPECT this kind of behavior from Arum and Co.

Translation: We fight Martinez when he's 41 & ready to hang em up.

I've got a simple rule in boxing at this point, if you fight Chetto post getting busted I lose all respect for you. I was on the Pac side of the debate, and was a huge Pac fan, right up until he signed to fight Chetto. Only exception I give to that is Cotto, who did deserve to smash that cheating piece of trash in the face. Chetto should be in prison not fighting. I still can't fathom why Cotto stayed with Arum after the way Arum defended that scum for what he did. I also really enjoyed the hypocrisy of Arum when he was crushing that guy for doing the same thing in the "Assault in the Ring"documentary but then defended Chetto to the end. Hey if they aren't going to match him with Martinez I would prefer it be Chetto, then I can easily just not watch and not feel bad in the least. If he fights Lee it's a semi legit fight that I would almost feel obligated to watch. I would much prefer to see him vs Tony than watch him get molested by Sergio.

its not a **** fight. fact is, chavez jr is probably one of the top 5 fighters in the division. i think hes developed quite well. only ppl id pick over him is probably martinez, and pirog. i havent seen enough from golovkin nor quillen to warrant picking them. hate to say it but jr is turning out to be alot better than everyone thought. hes still a ***** who has a lack of dedication tho and he probably should be fighting at smw, but we all know why hes not. Lee Chavez is a good fight Margarito Chavez is just ridiculous.I mean Tony is something like 1-4 at 154 whats the point in moving up to fight a guy who weighs 180+ lbs oh ya too line Bobs pocket.Chavez is taking ducking too a whole new level.I cant wait too see how Suliman justifies another mandatory although i think hes even getting fed up with Chavez but he still wont do anything about it

If there's one good thing about Arum it's the fact that he makes me want to go to church, granted the reason I want to go to church is because I feel guilty about wanting to see another human die. That's alright, keep feeling that way. You guys have made multi-millions of "Arums" die over the past many centuries, and didn.'t feel guilty at all.

Discarded in a trash can....... It looks as if Arum is trying to get Margarito the best money fights he can, preparing for his retirement after a few more fights. Thats what a responsible promoter does.
