100% Pac fights Bradley @147 and not 140

I dont mind the Bradley fight , I think Tim can be very dangerous although his rise in weight class to fight Pac was not his decision to move up to 147 because he cant make 140 , Tim says he has no trouble making 140 and I really dislike the way Manny manipulates the weights to suit himself . The irony in the Pac May saga is that Pac once again refused to fight Cotto without a CW and Cotto was above Bradley on Mannys short list of opponents until Cotto refused to be drained again , so what does Manny do , goes and finds a smaller guy to fight , its typical Pac mo .
