Now that Cotto is a free agent the fight gets made with no problems. How stupid do you have to be not to see this. Cotto could never beat a prime Mayweather. Pacquiao was to afraid to fight Cotto at his best, even though his heart is gone. Pacquiao refused the fight. Mayweather had no problems with weight. After you try to make a fight Pacquiao who prices himself out of a fight, where do you go? Lets not be stupid, floyd been wanting Pac since 09 & never could get the fight. Might not be the best Cotto fighting him in a fight that should have happened a while ago... but better than Canelo or Guererro.
