Bradley did duck Khan but I know Bradley would have beat him. Khan is probably the best fighter in the world for 9 minutes. (3) rounds, then he's average and in the championship rounds he's trash. Bradley's inside game & stamina would have gotten the W over Khan.
He ducked Khan and fought Casamayor man.
Whoever came up with that matchup needs to be shot. I mean if you want to pick a bum, at least pick one that isn't going to clinch everytime he gets caught with a punch. Did they not see the snoozefest Guerrero fight? They literally accomplished nothing by making that. It absolutely did NOT make Bradley look good at all, and the fans were booing. They should have matched him and Alvarado up.
I think Bradley losses to Khan and Bradley thought so too, Khan fight brought money and prestige and he walked out on whole lot of money more then he ever made in his career.
I agree with the duck. Not sure if Bradley felt he losses to Khan. More so that he felt it was an unnecessary big risk to take, to get where he wanted to go. It's a duck IMO.
Don't think he losses to Khan though. Bradley is a much better overall fighter. Bradly is a way greater fighter on the inside. And, Bradley footwork is good enough to get on the inside. Khan couldn't fight on the inside if his life dependent on it.
But, yes it's a duck. Again, very similar to when Floyd ducked Margarito. Because, he felt it was an unnecessary big risk to take to get where he wanted to go which was Oscar. Even though he would have most likely beaten Margarito.
Come on bro, there's at least 15 of us now...lol
But on a serious note, yeah it would have been nice to see Bradley-Khan before the Pac fight. But at the same time you really can't knock the guy for taking a more challenging fight UNLESS he does a flop just to get paid. Then I'd lose all respect for him.
It would have been nice, and the only way it will really pay off for him is if he beats Pac. I'll be rooting for him, I can't like Pacquiao more than Bradley right now.

So you think Casamayor is a more challenging fight than Khan?
Interesting.
I agree with Bradley ducking Khan. But, you think he losses to Khan? Or are you saying if he would have lost to Khan there would be no Pac fight?

I'm not going to deny the duck, but Bradley is better. He was always better, and the four or five Bradley fans here have been saying so through all of this.
It's a real shame that Bradley ducked Khan, and Peterson did the work first.

Yep, this thread defintley makes sense, Bradley has ducked Khan, who's not even in the top 10 P4P list to fight a guy who's in the top 2 P4P list.
He ducked Khan and fought Casamayor man.
the funny thing is Khan had 3 fight planed before even challenging Mayweather and Bradley automatically gets it after Casamayor :grr:[/QUOTE
Good to here people see my point!!!at least with khan there's some excitement but bradley is dull as **** aswell as been a blatant duck.
yes he did he losses to Khan and gets no Pacquiao fight

He fought Casamayor and now maybe Pacquiao.
When he could've fought Khan then Pacquiao or Mayweather and made more money.
He knew he couldn't beat Khan

he sidestepped a threat to take on a bigger threat for a bigger payday..
But only through fear he might lose to the lesser threat thus making a fight with the bigger threat impossible.
My argument is if Bradley is or was not confident he could beat the likes of Khan what makes him think he stands a chance against Pac.
I think he just wants to cash out.
He fought Casamayor and now maybe Pacquiao.

I like how fans biitch about big fights not happening but try and justify Bradley ducking and getting a money fight while guys like Khan took the risky fight to try and earn the big Money fights
btw could we not say Mayweather sneaked his way into a fight with Oscar? Not going the high risk route and jeopardize a future Oscar fight when it was close?
Just something to think about.
I see where your comin from but I think floyd had more then proved he was p4p #1 at that stage and deserved his payday
Well the "duck" put him in position to fight someone 10x better than Khan for much more money. I like Khan and I do think that if he improves his inside game he will be pretty hard to beat, but look who's chasing one of Timmy's children now after losing to him, and look who has the opportunity to show the world that he may be the best. Its all about making the best business decisions nowadays. Does it suck for us? Yeah. But put yourself in their shoes.
