It's just hilarious that people continue to ***** about the guy making a correction to an unofficial scorecard that had 0 impact on the final outcome of the bout. What's next? Will Khan dispute the decision because my friend pointed out to me that I forgot to take the extra point off Khan and I had to erase and change my unofficial scorecard?

The mystery man was not an official on the day and therefore it was illegal for him to do anything, even if he is working for the ibf. Khan is cleaning up corruption. So would it of been fair that the 9 + 9 + 9 score came out as 28? or even the other way 26? The correction was done for the benefit of the fight. Agreed it was against the rules but if this is the truth then the man in the hat made the fight fair (at least on welsh's score card). Here's another twist say Welsh was deliberately trying to give khan the extra point by getting 3x9 to be 28? IBF is the most credible org. right now. they are ordering mandatory fights, and still have 1 title / weight category. other orgs. have multiple belts, or work according to their short term agenda. WBA has given poor explanation as to why an immediate rematch is so badly needed. it really was nothing but a close fight, and even their supervisor welsh scored it a draw.
