Does he fight for his country, or does he fight for himself, his money, and Bob Arum?

We all work for money which is why Manny should fight Floyd in May... take his loss, and fight him again after he gets out. Manny's fans wont abandon him for fighting, giving it his all, and losing (similar to how Gatti's fans were). But nothing shames a fighter like ducking.

All prize-fighters fight for money, so let's get that one out the way lol. I think if you asked Pac this question years ago, he would say he fought for honor and his country. Gradually as his relationship deepened with Arum, it almost became like a father-son relationship, and like a child, you would never think that your parent would do you wrong. He is very loyal to Arum and believes Arum has his best interests at heart, and in his eyes, he does. However, We the boxing fans can see the writing on the wall. Pac is too close to Arum to see the damage he is doing to his career and his legacy. The choices he makes from now on, are for (and manipulated by) Arum. He does not fight for his country anymore, at least not as much. He fights to repay Arum for all he he has given him. It's like a slave who's become delusional.

We all work for money and use that money to feed our families..and most of use have superiors that we must consult with.
