If Cotto isn't an elite fighter now, then was he ever an elite fighter? Was it when he barely got past Mosley and Clottey, or when he lost to Margarito. I think If Floyd beats Cotto at 154, I'd put it on par with Pacquiao's win at @145 3 years ago. For the record, I have always considered Cotto 'elite', and think he still is. When is the last time Cotto beat an elite fighter? This is 2012.
