Lol you can be funny if you want man but everyone in here is taking it like I mean identical they just do some similar things notice I only used one fight not the rest of Holmes career when he'd be on his toes.
OK, name me the fights your on about and what you find similar and I keep an open mind and check them out.
Well then you are bang on, never really thought of it before, but now that you mention it, it as clear as day.
It the gold tooth right?

They both have a similar smile though:fing26:
Is that what you were thinking.

Larry Holmes had one of the best jabs ever, and always used it to set up his offensive output.
Shane Mosley has one of the worst jabs ever, and only uses it as a rangefinder.
How the hell could you even compare the two? How long have you been watching boxing? :lol1:
bro,...........it's just you
Yeah, it really is.
I wouldn't bother taking this thread any further because Larry Holmes and Shane Mosley are not alike and pretty much everyone is going to agree with that.
How can you ignore the jab?
Because that's what you have to do to see it if you look at Shane's movements and so of th ways he throws his punches I can see a bit of Holmes call me crazy but I just see it I'm talking ww Shane tho
I think you're pulling one here, pal.I honestly think you're pulling one.I mean, why else would you attempt to compare Mosley, who has never,at any point in his career, possessed noteworthy jab - most typically pawing with it to set up his right hand - to Larry Holmes, who operated and was famed for his stinging,pin-point accurate jab? Gorra be havin' a laugh there, son - only way I could possibly explain it.
Mosley's style - or atleast his offense - was was primarily based on,and was far more comparable,to someone like Robinson's,although he had nowhere near the level of footwork or grace of Robby.
No look at how they stand and the way they throw there hooks I know what his jab is like I ain't talking about that
Yeah, still, they don't fight alike at all.
