Why is Manny Pacquiao reluctant to step up?

Manny is reluctant to step up because of what Marquez did to him. People have to understand that they chose Marquez at 147 for the sole purpose of koing him quick & easy & trying to do it better than Floyd did. Instead what transpired was the smaller, weaker, slower Marquez boxing Pacman's ears of & viewed as the victor of the fight by 80% of boxing with the other 10% being Pactards & 10% stupid people in general. Now since his team just figured that he really can't box that well & should only be matched with stationary fighters that employ no movement, Floyd is a no go. That's why they'll keep Pacman far away from Floyd, he's bigger, faster & stronger than Marquez. Also he's the superb counter puncher. But team Pacman isn't too worried. There are still some that are going to blame Floyd for his teams cowardice no matter what.

1) Pac just told Arum (and the world) thru the media less than 24 hours ago that he unequivocally wants floyd next. 2) After the Marquez fight he held a press conference in the Philippines saying he wanted floyd next. 3) He sent Koncz all the way to mayweathers fukkin gym to set up a fight. What more do you possibly want? Al haymon is infinitely more to blame than Bob Arum. Al haymon is the one who controls all his fighters like puppets and refuses to talk to the media. How come everyone on Team Pac's side is saying we want floyd but everyone on floyd's side is saying Guerrerro, Cotto, Alvarez etc? Pac already made his thoughts clearly known on this issue. Floyd himself hasn't said sh*t and hes letting ellerbe and oscar and schaefer to do his talking for him. TS just got hattoned floyd isnt anybodys puppet, say what you want about him but hes his own man. unlike manny, we all know arum has complete control over him. im acctually starting to think arum has one of his kids chained up in a basement somewhere bcuz its just ridiculous how manny is incapabale of making a single decision for himself. manny says he will tell arum, thats good. but until he convinces arum it doesnt mean ****. neither does press conferences or sending ppl who dont have the influence to make the fight in the first place. he has to tell arum "make this god damn fight you dirty, corrupt old man". he could easily force arums hand if he just tried, but he hasnt, thats what we want and i dont think its out of line for him to do something that will acctually get the fight made instead of just posturing for the media. mayweather is mentioning other names bcuz arum has made it clear he wont let pacquiao fight floyd. the ball was in team pacquiaos court and well.. they dropped the ball. its funny how in another post you say pacquiao shouldnt have to fight in may "to adjust to some convivts schedule", blatantly ducking a fight with floyd, but when floyd then moves on and looks for other oponents bcuz pac refused to fight him hes doing something wrong. floyd also made it clear several times he wants pacquiao, and unlike pacquiao hes acctually shown it through action as well. the al haymon excuse is lame. theres no reason to think haymon is stopping the fight. give me a single thing that proves haymon is involved in sabotaging the fight, you cant bcuz its not there. you are just going arum style and looking for any excuse you can find, haymons name took some abuse in recent months so you just throw it out there.. pathetic man.. pathetic..

i mean why is he so hesitant to just tell arum that he calls the shots, after all he is the cash cow and the one who puts asses in the seats? is it cause arum created him (in the terms of building his career) and probably thinks arum has enough power to destroy it if he steps out of line? why? every pacquiao supporter is telling floyd to make it happen, that manny has already said he is willing to. what you guys seem to ignore is that bob arum is holding this fight back w/ ridiculous excuses like a plastic surgeon said manny's cut is too delicate it won't be able to properly heal until april. or that a 40,000 seat stadium needs to be build for this fight. both manny and floyd are down to fight. they're fighters, that's what they do. but it's on manny's side that is holding this fight up, his promoter is the one that doesn't want this fight. so why is it that manny is being quiet when arum talks? out of respect? does manny just care about getting the paychecks arum keeps making for him? or is he really not that interested in floyd because he knows there is a great chance of him losing? just saw this article btw, not trying to bash, just thought i'd plug it in since i'm already making a post: http://www.askmen.com/sports/fanatic_250/294_manny-pacquiao-is-he-a-puppet-in-boxing-politics.html Can't you see?
