There's a discussion on another thread about how Donaire's handlers won't want a piece of Rigo. I agree. But with a regular belt in hand, "El Chacal" might look a little more tempting. First, let's get Rico out of the way....

terrible interview indeed, however i am pumped for this fight
I was looking forward to the fight anyway, but the postponements really amped it up for me. I'm feeling pretty confident that Rigo will take home the victory, but I'm curious to see how he'll look. Winning just isn't good enough; Rigo's got to look impressive.
ino elie is a punk and does anything for views but im a very big rigo fan so i just had to post it
It's a wasted opportunity. I would've liked to have heard some real questions asked, like: "Have the postponements affected your training at all?"; "How have you adjusted?"; "Will we see the Rigo of the Cordoba fight, or the Rigo of the Casey fight on January 20?"; "What's been your biggest challenge in switching from amateur to pro?" Anything! That interview amounted to a filmed handshake with Rigondeaux.
I understand what you mean, though. In the absence of anything good, you take what you can get. I'm anxious to see how the Rigo-Ramos fight plays out. I wish I could've done the interview. lol
Terrible interview. lol Amongst other things, Rigo never calls himself "Houdini," the "translator" does. And what's with Seckbach asking "what's his secret to not looking like a fighter"? He sounds like he thinks Guillermo could be a male model or something. lol Anyway, thanks for posting the video.
