It must be a special moment in any fighter's career when he's introduced by Michael Buffer for the first time. Jimmy Lennon is good too but Buffer's the voice of boxing.

I actually like more Jimmy Lennon Jr because he's a lot better with spanish than Buffer, but both of them are the best in business no doubt about it, and in big fights there's either Lennon Jr or Buffer. There are some other important names, I think Lupe Contreras is making a good job and could have a more important role in the next few years. Diamante is a good announcer but his style is a little bit eccentric and some people prefer the more traditional elegant approach of the announcers. There's also this german guy who announces most fights of Sauerland Events, who is also good but he speaks in german and that makes a limitation for him.

i hate how Buffer pronounces Spanish, so if there's a hispanic name in the mix, Lennon all the way.... Otherwise, it's pretty even...i guess Buffer's catchphrase is more well known, so it makes the event look bigger, which would give him the edge....but Lennon is not annoying, like Buffer can be...

Buffer obviously....but Jimmy does a great job with the Spanish parts. Just look at the fights he did for Juanma in Puerto Rico, he really mixes it nicely with the English. Those announcements he does are much more complex than Buffer's.

Buffer has created the bigger image and is probably richer (thanks to his little bro' is my understanding). However, I just like how Jimmy Lennon Jr sounds. Also his pronunciation of words and names in spanish is better. Btw, Lupe Contreras gets an honorable mention as well.
