I think he only trails Mayweather, Pacquiao, and Marquez. Not sure who should be higher though, him or Martinez. He's definitely above Donaire and Bradley and the rest IMO.
so for now I have him slightly behind Martinez at #5 on my list.
Definitely top 5. Where you place him in there depends on how much emphasis you place on resume, skills, activity over the last couple of years etc, respectively.
Is it just me or have the P4P rankings become completely stagnant over the last several years? Maybe I am just being nostalgic but it feels like the #1 spot used to turn over at least once a year often more because of what fighters were doing right at the moment. Entirely too much importance has been placed on P4P status by this new generation of "fans." If you are a top ranked P4P you should be constantly taking fights to prove that. Instead we have one guy taking extended vacations and another guy fighting old shot names and cherry picked in-house bums. Those are the P4P kings? smdh.
When worthy fighters hit that top spot, they tend to stay there a while. Roy was p4p #1 for like ten years.
Pac and Floyd proved their deserving of the top spots years ago, so they were going to be in those spots for a while. We're probably in for a big turnover, because we already have Pac dropping after the Marquez fight, and he'll probably get an L sometime in the next year. Floyd will be out again soon. Marquez will likely retire soon.
We'll be arguing soon enough whether Martinez, Ward, Moreno, or Donaire should be p4p #1.

At 3 for me just behind Manny and Floyd, however i expect him to have taken over as number 1 this time next year. I think the lad could be an absolute great if he stays as level headed and classy as he is now. He looks one of the most complete fighters i have seen in years and when you throw in that his brutal strength allows him to bully as well as outbox opponents it could be a long time before anyone beats him.
It ain't even the fact that Pacquiao received a gift against Marquez, it's because he hasn't been performing well. Last time he put on a good performance was against Margarito, did I say Margarito?
This has to be the dumbest Sh!t I've ever read. How could Marquez rank higher than 2 fighters that dominate him? Please don't go with that Marquez won the last fight just because he did better than expected. Lol @ Marquez rated higher than Floyd. You sir, graduated to Moron.
.........going up 2 weight classes to outbox the "fighter of the decade" at 38 and 4 weight classes above his best weight... is more impressive than anything Floyd has done recently.
Lol@ at anyone thinking Pacquiao actually won

Who are the 2 fighters that dominated Marquez, you mean 1 fighter, don't ya, don't ya??
number 1 him martinez donaire or marquez are number 1. can we please stop putting manny or floyd as the number 1. they sont deserve it.

Floyd, Manny, and Marquez are still unapproachable. Those 3 deserve those top spots for me.
Ward has to be top 5 IMO, and I might put him at 4 if I sit down and think about it. Either Donaire or Martinez has to drop in favor of Ward.
When you are the dominant presence in the best weight class in boxing, you deserve to be in the top 5, maybe 3, maybe even 2.
I do not know how people still have Pacman that high, with unimpressive wins over Margarito & Mosley & a gift over a smaller, weaker, slower Marquez, I just do not know.
Just outside the top ten, about #12-14.
He doesn't win his fights in an dominating way or with impressive KOs.
And he never fights outside the US, unlike other Super Six participants.
obvious troll lol
