Why does a grown ass man, Froch, have pimples all over his face? Is it PEDS?

By the time one is 34 your body doesn't produce the hormones to cause your face to break out like a teen. And we know pimples is a common side effect of using steroids, like Maguire and Sossa both used to have multiple pimples. Let's face it Froch is probably using peds.
