The plan from Top Rank is to have Mikey Garcia face the winner of Salido-Lopez II. Love that plan #boxing

Bob Arum tells me that March 31st, OSalido-Juan Ma Lopez is a done deal for Showtime in Puerto Rico with Mikey Garcia in opener
Man I can't wait for that rematch I would like to see Garcia agains't Lopez to tell you guys the truth but I think Salido might have Lopez number no matter what I want to see Garcia beat the winner of those 2 anyway.

Met Garcia... really stand up guy. He's slow to start IMO, but when he gets going... he gets going
Garcia soundly beats either one. And probably anyone else at 126.
Salido will probably stop Lopez again and then Salido-Garcia sounds good to me. Awesome actually, this is great news.
IMO Garcia would beat Juan MA but not Salido. Salido brings too much power and strength to the table for either Garcia or Juan Ma.. You have to be a completee fighter like Juan Manuel Marquez to be able to outbox and beat Salido. People should remember that Salido is a much improved figter in this stage of his career than a few years ago!! Salido is so fukken determined!!
Nice series of fights if it happens. I like alot Mikey's technic but don't know how would he do with a pressure fighter that can bang like Lopez, he might come out of his comfort zone.
Either way Mikey has enough technic and speed to beet both but he might have the family's chin. Salido is one tough S.O.B and can't be counted out
Garcia's got the goods. I'm not sure if he's ready, but a fight with Salido would be highly entertaining. It would be a war. I lean towards Orlando in that one. I'd favor Mikey slightly over JuanMa, though. Lopez has simply shown no improvement in his defense. He hasn't even made an attempt to improve his defense. The more complete Garcia should come out on top, as long as he avoids a big shot from the heavy-handed JuanMa. Either match-up looks good to me. They're both competitive.
Wait, why the hell is Salido going to Puerto Rico again? That isn't the least bit fair.
I'm sure it's because Bob Arum offered a massive purse. Fighters go where the money is.
Now this is going to be good:boxing:
I only found out about Garcia a year ago but i've watched all his fights i can find and i really like what I'm seeing.
