Give credit where credit is due

I agree 100%! It is not like Khan dominated and got robbed, IT WAS A GOOD AND CLOSE FIGHT!

Its a shame when a underdog like Peterson wins and his victory is marred by the controversy surrounding the decision. It was a close fight and could have gone either way and I understand that some fans were upset. But calling that fight a robbery is bull****. It was a great fight weather or not you agree with the outcome. Peterson came to win and gave it everything he had and people on nsb will continue to **** on him. I never understood how Lamont was such a heavy underdog. He is way underrated imo, his inside game is as better or as good as anyone @ 140. I knew he could win if he worked the body. I wasn't sure if he would be able to pressure Khan effectively, because I knew Khan wouldn't stand in front of him like Cayo did. I thought Peterson won fair and square. He was the aggressor for most of the fight and landed the cleaner, harder shots. I saw Khan throwing more, but I didn't see him land very many solid shots. He throws those fast piddy padder punches and out works his opponents. The body punches, and combos Peterson landed while Khan was on the ropes won the fight for me. The knockdown shouldn't have counted and the 2nd deduction was questionable, but not that surprising. If you rewatch the fight Khan fooling a lot. The ref kept warning Khan, even after the 1st dedcution and Khan kept pushing, holding Peterson's head down. Khan only can blame himself. I agree that Khan should've been penalized at least once in the fight. I Had it 7 rounds for Peterson, 4 for Khan, and 1 even. I thought Lamont round 6 rounds convincingly and there were a few that could have gone either way. In those close rounds Peterson was still the aggressor, which is enough to take it imo. The fact is it was a great fight and Peterson deserves credit for what he accomplished. He pressed the fight and made it the entertaining fight it was. Its not an easy thing to do what he did, so before you discredit Peterson think about that. bravo great post. peterson won fair and square, khan cheated, fought dirty and quite honstly should have been disqualified for the amount of shoving and holding he did

Guess what! You clearly don't know how to score a fight. if you give Peterson 7 rounds in that fight then you're biased as hell real talk and I'm more of Peterson fan more then a Khan fan

I didn't like how no one at the press conference gave peterson his props and all the questions directed to him were about a possible rematch. Yeah it was pathetic.

I had the same score. 1, 2 ,5, and 12 for Khan round 9 even Peterson won the rest Even without the point deductions I had Peterson ahead.

Anyone who looks past peterson is making a big mistake
