Stop whining!!! Blame the gameplan plan, trainer anf fighter, you are whining more than khan was after the loss
Oh my god, have you ever listened to yourself? Stop whining? Ha take that advice yourself my dear boy.
hahaha shut the **** up kid. If you don't think that was some poor referee work in that fight well you've got blinkers on.
Read my post in full. I'd hardly say that's whining fool. You sound like you are though.

There are other ways of handling that.
I agree, he didn't have to shove his head down like that, it's not MMA. He could have just tied up or kept his head back like Bradley did against Casa.
I'd prefer a simple step back while jabbing and a pivot out of the way, that would be a better way to avoid it and use boxing principals instead of that stuff he was doing.
Yes there are but the referee had no problem with all the pushing and head work from Peterson. If it didn't appear a bit biased then we wouldn't all be having these discussions on the forum but we are so that right there tells me there was a problem.
You dont know **** about boxing, (Roger Mayweather) would tell you, if a fighter is rushing in you have to pivot are turn him, you could also use the uppercut and check hook, which at one point khan did and he hurt peterson but he didnt keep it up, every time a guy loses that you all want to win you complain about the ref stop whining, russel mora is the only ref that messed up this year.

Dude have you ever fought a guy coming in with his head like that? Its a case of push their head down or get butted over and over again in the mouth! Close fight though, hats off to lamont he did what he had to do.i like his old school attitude.

Once I fully recover...lol, I think I might take the DVD I made of the fight (I do one for every event) and break it down into an avi file so that I can crop out all the instances of Khan holding Peterson's head down.....I bet I can get at least 5 minutes worth of it from the head pushing alone.
It got disgusting in there, to the point I was caring more about that stuff than the actual fight in the ring.

Doubt it. Oscar and Hopkins were livid. However, the ref was bias. Petterson push as much as Khan.
you crazy kid, peterson was by the book last night in that fight. peterson just flat out wanted it more.

I cant think of any fight that I've seen where the ref actually deducts not one but two points for pushing, warnings yeah but to actually cost another figher especially a unified champ his belts for pushing is BS. Lamont was also pushing Khan against the ropes every single time but hey it is what it is.
This BS could have cost us of a super fight next year :nonono:
silly, Khan fights dirty, he keeps pushing opponents and he pushed Peterson's head down whole night, just like in the Maidana fight but there Cortez was blind
The ref was clearly paid off? It makes sense that all big fights are in Vegas now!:boxing:
the points deducted were deserved - he was warned numerous times

B-Hop said before the fight that Khan should give Peterson +2 before the first bell is rung. He was right on the money.

Please.....Khan was mugging Peterson by holding his head down all night and elbowing dude in the face. Khan was in over his head and he knew it.......he took a page from the Mayweather book of cheap tricks. :dunce:
