Sturm used to have a regular WBA belt before, but it was upgraded to Super WBA and Golovkin's interim belt was upgraded to the regular WBA belt. The Super belt is what the WBA recognizes as the highest ranking belt I guess. Same thing happened to Wladimir Klitschko's WBA belt I believe.
