Cotto can beat Chavez Jr but he must make sure Jr does not come in fight night 170+. There needs to be a catch weight for sure and a limit in how much weight he can gain. Jr maybe too big for Cotto. So basically he needs to drain him to the point where becomes as shytty as Cotto's last 3 opponents
