Did Floyd Ruin chance of PAC fight, by using PED accusations as delaying tactic?

Its funny how Monkey Mayweather is the only one btching about testing. The All Time greats never pulled this Btch move: Tyson, Ali, Frazier, De La Hoya, Hopkins, Lennox, Sugar Ray, Chavez Jr, Morales, Barrera, etc. I can go on and on and on. Monkey games. It says in that article blood tests would stop a week before the fight so perhaps there was confusion or ignorance on the details of the actual drug tests. Regardless i still believe both sides are to blame. Pac could have gave in more to floyds demands and floyd could have gave in more to pacs. Neither side bent over backwards to make the fight thats for sure. I doubt that there was confusion. And if there were a problem with them at all, Manny and his team would have straight up rejected the request. It clearly wasn't a problem to them (at first, of course). And the request clearly wasn't just thrown in at the last minute, either. And to the bold, what should Floyd have given in more to? He had agreed to everything else, only to have Manny agree then try to change the stipulations of the request. We can't forget that Manny and his team tried to change the test from random to THREE (or four) scheduled tests. LOL. Then said that he wanted a WHOLE MONTH with NO testing, 30 days. That's pathetic, espeically considering all the mess Roach talked. A video comes out of him giving blood from the Hatton 24/7 and he drops that days to 24. Then in the mediaton with the court to save the fight, Floyd offered to make the cutoff 14 days (when it was random at first) and Manny balked and fought Josh Clottey. Floyd bent alot to make the fight, Manny wasn't interested, period.

But additionally, both sides look like crap to everyone...Floyd has been backtracking and spewing garbage about this for years, and team Pac is blatantly ducking at this point because they know he is shot. I have begun to think Pacquiao's welterweight career has been nothing but rigged in-house fights...I am ashamed to think it, but everything about him has began to look manufactured. It is like he is a farce that has been thrust upon America because asians are terrible at sports that don't involve a ping pong paddle...they will buy anything associated with Pacquiao.

LOL Only this year has Pac been vocal about willing to take the tests. No need to make things up. He ducked and ran from negotiations and made a ton of excuses to go along with it to get away from Floyd. Thats a whole year where Floyd didn't seem interested in fighting Pac until JMM-PAC III happened that is. And you didn't address the fact that asking for additional testing isn't all Floyd did, he also repeatedly and publicly accused Pac of being on PEDs. That is something you do when you need an excuse to duck a fighter its not the actions of someone looking to fight. " Oh I really want to fight PAC. Hmmm how do I make that happen? Oh, I'll accuse him of being on PEDS!" Or is it " Damn, I don't want to fight this dude right now, how do I get out of it without admitting the truth? Oh, I'll accuse him of being on PEDS!" Bingo.

And now all of a sudden 2 years after, he's able to test with no cutoffs no problem? Pretty fishy. Exactly! You think its a coincidence that right after JMM-PAC III, Floyd is saying I'm ready and that all issues have been resolved? Pac has been saying for years that he is okay with testing and Floyd claimed he is lying, but right after JMM-PAC III, there's no problem? All of this proves Floyd accused Pac to duck the fight. Regardless, the one thing Floyd fans conveniently forget is that Floyd didn't just ask for PED testing, he publicly accused PAC of being on PEDS, without any proof. That is not the action of someone who wants to fight. That is the action of someone looking to duck a fight.

Oh and I just read both options in the poll, and I want to change option # 2 ("No, PAC shouldn't care that FLoyd is ruining his character and reputation with baseless lies") to "No, Pacquiao is ruining his character and reputation himself by not saying he wants to fight Floyd." So by now it has become clear that Floyd FINALLY wants to fight Pacquiao. But, this has also proved that Floyd didn't want to fight Pac before PAC-JMM III happened. This should be obvious to everyone. After PAC-JMM III, Floyd's intense focus on PED testing and insinuations of PAC being on PEDS has basically vanished. And Floyd appears to be pressuring TR and PAC, in a way that he never did previous to PAC-JMM III. Everyone agrees to this. This alone proves Floyd was never serious about fighting PAC. But now that Floyd has finally become serious about fighting PAC, isn't it possible Floyd has poisoned the well by accusing PAC of taking PEDS as a tactic to duck the fight? In fact, Floyd is demanding PAC drop his lawsuit before the fight can be made. So Floyds irresponsible and classless accusations are LITERALLY stopping the fight from happening, therefore Floyd's childish accusations that PAC is on PEDS is INDEED stopping the fight from happening. IF the fight doesn't happen, Floyd is the only person to blame. If Floyd didn't repeatedly accuse PAC of being on PEDS, this lawsuit wouldn't be blocking the fight. If Floyd didn't didn't duck PAC for years waiting until the right time, FLoyd could've had an opportunity at making history. Floyd is the only person any sane, and unbiased person would blame.I could have sworn Floyd booked May 5th 2 weeks before JMM got in Mannys ass (no bakla intended)...

It doesn't matter anymore if Floyd avoided Pacquiao in the past or not ... Floyd was mentioned by many as the "ducking guy" and that he was afraid of Pacquiao and a lot of stuff. However right now the one who's on a bad position is not Floyd, but Pacquiao. After this terrible fight with Marquez (IMO Marquez won) Floyd called Pacquiao for a fight, and right now the ducking guy appears to be Pacquiao not Floyd, so actually there are not much options for Pacquiao right now other than fighting Floyd or Marquez. If he fights Floyd, even if he loses, at least he won't be a ducker. If he fights Marquez a lot depends on the decision of the fight. However if he fights Bradley or some other guy he will still be seen as a ducker for many, and for some others he will still be seen as a hyped boxer who couldn't beat a 38yo lightweight. And of course there will be people who will support him till the end, but that's another story.

Is it really that bad that Floyd wants a fair fight? Insisting on testing is different from REPEATEDLY accusing your opponent of taking PEDS. Floyd is the one that did that. If he really wanted the fight he wouldn't be so dumb as to think that this wouldn't be a problem. Only Flomos are choosing not to understand something so obvious.
