I think Margoritos fans are just playing devils advocate at this point If they where not already just take it with a pinch of salt. i dunno, man.. they sound pretty serious. lol nationalism blinds some people.

He couldn't beat Pac when he was getting outclassed and he wouldn't have beat Cotto either.

blame margarito and his trainer. it's not cotto's fault that margarito's trainer didn't throw the towel in the pacquiao fight and as a result margarito received permanent damage. it's not cotto's fault that after margarito was clearly beaten he wanted to go out on his shield. as one of my friends said: "boxing or as in any other sport is capitalizing on your opponents weakness. no real athlete will go easy on you cause you have a weakness. plus, it's boxing people! This means to hurt, brutalize, and try to knock out your opponent to be victorious.." cotto did what he had to do! it's margarito's fault as well for not covering his eye up! cotto warned him that he would go to the eye. cotto did.. margarito invited him in to keep hitting him there, so it's his fault that he got stopped too. margo would've lost with two good eyes either way.. the only difference in the fight would've been that instead of being out boxed for nine rounds, he would've been outboxed and humiliated for twelve. Its ridiculous. His fans love him for his heart, but guess what? He's a fool for going on like he did against Pac. He paid for it then, last night, and he always will if he continues to fight.
