Who's the better of the two?
Some dude at work keeps blabbing about how Chavez Jr faced the tougher opponent but doesn't get the credit. I personally think Cintron is the better fighter but not too sure.
Ryan Rhodes was technically rated #4 by ring when Canelo beat him.
was he?
for how long? that 1 issue right before the canelo fight? :lol1:
he was not a top 5 fighter.
Manfredo is better now...Cintron is shot...i mean, im pretty sure when manfredo fights espn level fighters, he dominates....cintron went life and death with one in his last fight...

yeah well, according to the ring rankings, sergiy dzinziruk is #9 at jrmw...their jr mw rankings suck....i mean not long ago, joel julio was angulo's, kirkland's and dzyna's best win.....dzina beat him first, but somehow, when kirkland and angulo beat him they sky rocketed in the rankings, while sergiy barely made the list.....and that wanker martirosyan needed a gift to secure his best "win" against a shot ouma, yet is rated #3....rhodes was getting his ass kicked a bit by moore.....but somehow that win got him to #4...now im not gonna say rhodes didnt earn a ranking, but as high as #4?.....smh...
cintron is shot , stupid.
and either way zbik is better win than either of the two.
zbik is a top 5 fighter in his division.
name a top 5 fighter canelo has beat.

Youre asking who is the more shot fighter. Both were shot and had no chance so i dont see how it matters
it matters because it will determine who is the lesser hypejob...
career wise cintron had the better career and is the more accomplished boxer
but in terms of who had more in the tank when they fought chavez jr and canelo
i would say manfredo had more to offer
cintron is literally a shell of his former self. its actually pretty sad and another example of how bad canelo stamina is
canelo looked winded again against another over matched opponent
I don't remember Cintron being some world beater to begin with?
Cintron can still beat the same guys he could have beaten 5 years ago, and lose to the same guys he could have lost to 5 years ago.
This version of Cintron can still beat the Walter Matthysse's, Alfredo Angulo's, Feliciano's, Ndou's of the world. And still fold against the Margarito's, Williams, Martinez's, Molina's, and Canelo's of the world.
Let's not make Cintron something he never was. You can't re-write history. The Cintron of 5 years ago, would always lose to this version of Canelo. I mean he was crying in the ring as far as 6-7 years ago. So let's not act now like he was some tough guy back in the day.
Cintron always was the better fighter from all view points but judging them simply by Chavez jr. and Canel oopponents they both looked done.
In fact I thought Manfredo gave it a better shot at it.
Kermit just looked so uncomfortable after the KD.
in terms of where both were in the last fight they are both all done, but in terms of overall better fighter Cintron who has won a couple world titles in this sport.

i'd have to give the edge to cintron...
manfredo looked good a few years back with roach in his corner... he was bouncing around a lot more and boxing fairly efficiently... however manfredo isn't a full time fighter and it shows, the fact that he works a full time job takes away from his conditioning as well as day to day... he just doesn't look like a fighter anymore where as i feel cintron does... it wasn't that long ago that cintron beat angulo... i don't think canelo isn't get his due for destroying him...

They both looked done.
