Doesn't Mayweathers current pursuit of Pac prove he was previously ducking the Pinoy?

The manner in which Floyd has been chasing Manny after the Marquez fight stands in stark contrast to " I'm on vacation right now." Or, how about " No negotiations ever took place!" It seems like Floyd was shamelessly ducking Pac before, which is actually not a big deal, but shameful part is how he was lying and making up excuses, knowing his legion of impoverished high school drop outs would believe any dumb thing out of his mouth. But Floyd is finally comfortable with fighting Manny, and now he wants the fight. Which is why I don't blame Arum for blocking this fight. Why should Arum or even Pacquiao give FLoyd the fight after he ducked the fight claiming he was on peds? And thats another thing, Flomos and the Crackweather family have to decide is Pacquiao over-hyped and ordinary, or is he obvioulsy on PEDS? You cannot logically claim both.
